GENERAL AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Contract elaboration and negotiation with private companies or public agencies;
Assistance on labor and social security legislation and legal counsel in labor issues;
Legal and administrative support in the import of products and/or equipment required for the research projects;
Support to purchase project required equipment in public agency funded projects.
Provide for scholars to be hired for research project development;
Analysis and control of a project’s financial activities and coordinator support throughout the project or event;
Flexible and speedy project finance transactions:
Payment to national or foreign suppliers and service providers authorized by a project coordinator, according to the budget forecast and project’s cash flow;
Issuance of project’s invoices regarding client contracts;
Effective and transparent management of financial public and private institution resources;
Information and reports on the project’s cash flow progress;
Relationship with customers and suppliers regarding payments and receipts.
