The University of São Paulo has expanded its sustainability actions and stood out by reaching 5th place in the UI GreenMetric ranking of the most sustainable universities in the world in 2024 and 2025. In 2026, the university will organize a national seminar on university sustainability in São Paulo, bringing together representatives from the UI GreenMetric network to strengthen dialog and encourage sustainable practices in Brazil.
